Free Worldwide Shipping:

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all items. Delivery times for each item are stated on the product page above the Add to Cart button.

If an item is in stock, the following delivery times apply:

  • VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, TAS, ACT, Perth CBD: Orders must be received by 2pm AEST on a business day for free next business day delivery, otherwise you will receive your item within 2 business days.
  • Perth Metro and Darwin: Orders must be received by 2pm AEST on a business day for free delivery in 2 business days otherwise you will receive your item within 3 business days.
  • Regional areas: Place your order any time on a business day and it will arrive within 2 - 3 business days.
  • New Zealand orders are generally 4 - 8 days for delivery.
  • Rest of the world is generally 7 - 10 days for delivery.
  • Orders that include both frames and prescription lenses can take up to an additional 10 days for delivery.

If an item is not in stock it should take between 9-20 business days to be delivered. Rest of the World is generally 20-25 business days for delivery. The delivery time will be stated on the product page above the Add to Cart button. You don't need to contact us to chase up your order as we will deliver it to you within the time frame stated on the site. We can ship to military addresses and PO boxes.

You are responsible for ensuring you have entered the correct shipping address. If you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout and the frames are returned to us, a re-delivery fee of $9 will apply within Australia.

Order tracking:

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID. Simply enter this on the Australia Post website to track the delivery of your parcel.

Signing for deliveries:

All deliveries must be signed for. If nobody is around to sign for it, then a card will be left notifying you that it will be taken to a local post office for collection. If you do not collect your frames from the post office and they are returned to iframes, a re-delivery fee of $9 will be charged for delivery within Australia. The post office will usually hold items for up to 14 days. If you provide an Authority to Leave the goods at your location without a signature, we cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss that may occur as a result.

Changing shipping address:

If you need to change your delivery address you can do so up until the time it leaves our warehouse. To be safe, ensure you call immediately after placing your order to change your address. You can reach us on 1300 85 88 75 during our business hours as stated here.

International shipping:

We ship to any country for FREE!

Occasionally a package may be held up by customs, in which case please pay the amount to release the item, send us a copy of the invoice and we will reimburse you.

If your order is not deliverable to you by the courier due to an incorrect shipping address or non-collection, or is not claimed by you from your local post office or courier dispatch centre, and is subsequently returned to us, a re-delivery fee will apply. The fees for re-delivery are $15 for New Zealand and Asia and $29 for the rest of the world. If your frames are returned to us as a result of you not accepting your delivery, and you choose not to have them re-delivered, a re-stocking fee equal to that of the re-delivery fee for your country will be deducted from your refund.
